I am a very lucky grandma with 4 gorgeous little people in my life. A few weekends ago we had 2 of them to stay for a night to give their mum a little break. We planned an adventure to a birthday party and also to Salamanca Market. Here is Tom and Maddie (Yes she was the premmie from a few years ago) and my youngest daughter Amy.
After a lovely breakfast and some retail therapy we went to the Faerie shop for story time with the Faeries. Maddie sweetly calls it the "Waerie Wop".
Then we attended my cousin's little boys 4 year old birthday party with an under the sea theme. My cousin has her own cake business and is very creative. Everything looked way too cute to eat.
The cupcakes were devine and I'm afraid that Nemo is no more - He tasted delicious.
And look at these cool Angel Fish Cakes. Isn't she clever? Such a simple idea but looks great.
And sweet little clam shells with pearls inside.
Elliot loved his Octonauts cake.
And there was even a healthy option - This lovely shark with his mouth wide open.
There was a treasure hunt with each child having a pirates treasure map which led them to their own little bag of treasure. The children had a wonderful time.
