Today I have more to show from our stitching weekend. Jo made some gorgeous little garlands for our table trees - Aren't they sweet?
The Tutorial timetable caused lot's of excitement - The ladies were very excited to get one on one time with the tutors.
Each tutor session was attended with much enthusiasm and excitement
And they all paid attention whilst they were shown the tips and techniques from each tutor's project
Joy's Quilt As You Go Methods was hugely popular
As was the Baby Go area - Lots and Lots of shapes were cut out by attendees throughout the day
Marilyn, Dee & Sarah watched Helen's Needle Turn Technique intently
They were perfect students
As were all of the ladies
I taught my modern blend of paper piecing teamed with applique and stitchery as seen in the 2 quilt examples hanging behind
And showed some of the ladies pieces of my new quilts to be launched later in the year. Tomorrow I will be back with the final photo's from the weekend which will be the places we visited plus I will show you the quilt I launched on the day.
Big Hugs,
