A Morning Out and a New Design

On Monday morning Jo, Helen and I had a little outing to the lovely town of New Norfolk in the Derwent Valley.  Whilst there we visited the Patchwork Cafe for coffee & cake.  The smell of coffee as we entered the building was divine.  We all made some little purchases whilst we were there - Sorry I forgot to take some pics inside.

We also browsed in a few of the antique shops in the town - The town has lots and lots of these types of shops so if you are ever in Tassie and you love vintage bits then New Norfolk is a must for you.

These old Printers Blocks were swarmed on by all 3 of us.....

The possibilities with these would be endless !!

This month's Patchwork & Stitching Magazine features one of my favourite designs.

It is Lorraine's Flowers Table Runner - I have made this a few times now and love it every time I make it.

The magazine is available now from your local stockist or you can purchase the PDF over at my ETSY shop HERE

Today marks the 1st day of winter here in Australia.  Jack Frost didn't let us down this morning, we woke to a lovely (not) white frost which chills you to the bone.

On the upside it is only 3 months until spring !!

Have a great day.

Hugs - Fee XXX
